2. What is the JAMstack JAMstack is a new way of building websites and apps that delivers better performance, higher security, lower cost of scaling, and a better developer experience. It's a modern web development architecture based on client-side JavaScript, reusable APIs, and prebuilt Markup.
3. 1. Benefits ➔ Better Performance ➔ Higher Security ➔ Cheaper, Easier Scaling ➔ Better Developer Experience
4. 2. Drawbacks ➔ No direct access to databases ➔ No servers or ability to run commands ➔ It can seem confusing at first ➔ Backend devs will be out of a job soon
5. Which languages can we use with the JAMstack? Many languages! Python! Ruby! Go! JS!
6. Where can I host my site? Anywhere!
7. How do I deploy my website? Through Github (Or any flavour of Git)!
8. Simple. Tell Netlify where your build pages will be created and which command to run in order to build your website. The rest is handled by Netlify.
10. How do I manage my content? Using a headless CMS!
11. Netlify CMS. Using Netlify CMS we can login via their tool called “Netlify Identity”
12. Every time you push, Netlify will automatically deploy.
