Initiatives and accomplishments:  Nesma: New standard: Easy functional sizing (EFS) published.  Nesma: EFS to be published as a standard (based on ISO 25986) and certification exam in progress.  Nesma/IFPUG: joint paper on sizing in agile and other ways of potential cooperation discussions.  Nesma/IFPUG: Cooperation - Value Metrics Consortium – bring metrics objective to the boardroom.  NEN: NPR 5333 – Output-based contracting of agile teams – released soon!  ICEAA: CEBoK-S and Software Cost Estimator Certification live! And some Nesma members got it!  China SPI: Nesma de facto standard FSM in the Chinese Government.  ISBSG: Analysis of the Nesma projects in the ISBSG repository.  ISBSG: Nesma projects predominant in last 5 years of data submissions.  ISBSG: Nesma projects featured in many short reports (free for Nesma members!).  IT Confidence 2025: Benchmarking Outsourcing Application Development Contracts.
