The pros and cons of 10% time

From my experience of working in a team who have 10% time, what are the pros and the cons, or as I call them in the talk challenges of 10% time, and how to make the most of the time.

8. Project Lounge is a day where you choose what you want to work on. The only parameters are that it will either support you in your development or that it will benefit the business (now or in the future). definition….
