Interviewing for Software Crafters

Flip the typical approach to job hunting on its head. Instead of brute forcing your way through job postings, you should approach job hunting like a system where listening, refining small parts of the process, and building relationships produce targeted results. The job hunt is really about a mutual decision to continue the productive partnership created during the job interview process.
