I am lucky to work at TPXimpact as an Principal Delivery Manager. That means I get to work with some of our amazing teams who themselves work in the most interesting parts of the public sector here in the UK. With my inspiring colleagues I help those organisations create innovative products that deliver value and meet their users’ needs. My day might include anything related to delivery. Facilitation, workshops, training, meetings, ceremonies, backlogs, roadmaps; you name it, I am probably doing it. As long as I have Post-its and good coffee, all should be good. I am an active member of various Agile communities around the UK and the world with Scrum Alliance. I also keep bees and live in the glorious South West near the beach :-)
