2 into 1 does go! How to double your Product Owners and deliver more value. Sort of.

A team of five, experienced developers, each dragging their heels into the meeting room. A senior manager greets them and welcomes them into a meeting that nobody wanted to have.

"The business needs more things!", he said. "We have decided to give you three more products and one more Product Owner to help you deliver them!". He then leaves the room.

The ScrumMaster turns to the despondent team and says, "Is this the beginning of the end, or the end of the beginning?".

And so begins a six month journey, working as an Agile Coach, on three products, with two Product Owners, leading the team to improve their velocity, output, estimation accuracy and ultimately, delivering more value to the business. They only have one Product Owner now, but that’s another part to the story! Check out this session and find out for yourself :-)
