  8. 2. 養成好習慣 守時、守信與替人著想都是一種習慣， 不會有開關讓你在重要時刻說開就開。 百分之百的堅持比百分之九十八來的容易。

  9. 3. 停止抱怨與找藉口 抱怨不會讓你變強，只是給自己找藉口 只要連上網路，有數不盡的學習資源 有太多人比我們更努力認真卻又比我們聰明
