Like there's also personality tests of like if you're into human design or the Enneagram, Myers Briggs and Clifton strength. And these will all give you like, indicators of what will help you in and identify your pattern. So if you need extra help, and you are think this stuff is fine, go for it. If you're like, That's stupid, I don't wanna do that. That's fine. Also, I know, you won't insult me, I'm just saying that there's a lot of ways that you can start to look for your patterns, and figure out what works for you. If you would take a moment and jot down and wait, okay, well, I think we already get these cute, dude, you. Yes. So what we're gonna do is we're gonna ask the same questions, but thinking about our week or the day. So when you think about your week, if you follow like a traditional pattern of like, you work a nine to five, Monday through Friday, for you the way that you're going to set up your schedule, like the way that you need to use your weekends is going to be different than like a mom who works. Three days a week, like me, is going to be different from a, you know, someone who's a stay at home mom, someone who has homeschool kids, I want you to think about your week pattern and your day pattern. And again, you have one minute to jot down what it is that would help you identify those patterns within 30 seconds when you close the and I'm gonna do one more thing I wanna share with you. All right, 30 seconds to jot down thinking about your weekly and daily patterns. What are the things that stand out to you and what would support you and creating a plan that fits you? Let me check the chat while wait. Patricia Sung 02:17 Okay, now I'm gonna know one thing I had saw in the chat is that, as you're looking at all these patterns, these are not the same forever. Your patterns right now are not the same that they were five years ago, it's not the same that they're going to be in 10 years. So you are going to continue to modify this and fit you. So the way that you're going to set up your patterns for if you have a newborn is very different than if you have high schoolers the way that you're going
  2. to set up your life. Like your energy patterns is

    different when you have a regular cycle versus you're entering menopause, like all of these things are going to change through time and you won't be the same person forever. So these can all modify with you as you go.
