4. CONCEPT 1. Put recycling bins on the Avenue 2. Make recycling fun for everyone 3. Appeal especially to children 4. Interesting enough for social sharing
6. The eye has a speaker installed in it that will always say a random motivational or fun message whenever so- meone throws garbage in the bin. The eyelid and eyelashes protect the speaker from the rain.
7. Separate compartments for each kind of recycling.
