We often hear that strong women should lift one another up, but how? In this talk, “Dossiers of Awesome,” you’ll hear one strategy that helped my teammates get the recognition and visibility they earned. This practice helped elevate the marginalized people, and also boosted the quality of feedback across the entire team.
