Communities and Conversations

Communities and Conversations

UX Thailand 2017

As UX practitioners we often focus on designing for users. What is just as important, and often overlooked, is the awareness that we need to design for the people we work with. Only then do we find the greatest opportunity for world-class user experience work.

Conversations for relationships leads to greater possibilities then action.

How might we create the conditions for meaningful conversations to happen in a team?
This is a story of our design journey and what we discovered was the most unexpected aspect of designing an amazing experience.
