  2. Scrum is a framework that helps teams work together.It encourages

    teams to learn through experiences, self organize while working on a problem and reflect on their wins and loses to continuously improve.
  3. A sprint is a short, time-boxed period when a scrum

    team works to complete a set amount of work.
  4. • Every Sprint has a goal • Ensure backlog is

    well refined and sorted in priority • Team capacity is very key to every sprint • Encourage team members to ask questions at task level and not user story level
  5. • Team Capacity - amount of work that the team

    can fully work on during the sprint • Story Points - Estimates the difficulty of implementing a user story • Backlog - list of work that needs to be done in a certain priority.

    - For User Story Estimations • Slack - Communication • Confluence
  7. • Epic - Large Body of work • User Story

    - Short requirements from a users perspective • Tasks - Small Unit of Work • Bugs/Issues - • Spike - user story/task that is created in order to research a question or resolve a problem
