Kickstart your UX process with a Design Sprint

Kickstart your UX process with a Design Sprint

Throughout my latest assignment, I worked as the UX Lead for the Swedish Agency for Marine and Water Management on an EU joint project that aimed to produce a free, open-source implementation of a vessel monitoring system. This talk presents a how-to on adapting the Google Ventures Design Sprint method to help you kickstart UX work on such a complex project. I aim to briefly present myself and the project, the Design Sprint method and the rundown of the first week on the job.
