  3. AGENDA The MVP Concept What it is What it's not

Why it's important MVP Building Strategy MVP Hands-on Many Thanks

R E S E A R C H A N A L Y S E S T R I K E S T R E A M L I N E An MVP is that version of a new product a team uses to collect the maximum amount of validated learning about customers with the least effort. An MVP is a development technique in which a new product or website is developed with sufficient features to satisfy early adopters It is not rocket science, you launch as soon as you can and keep iterating from the back-end An MVP is the smallest thing you can build that delivers customer value (and as a bonus captures some of that value back i.e. gets you paid)..
  5. what it is SOLUTION PROVIDER It has enough value that

people are willing to use it or buy it initially. EARLY ADOPTER RETAINER It demonstrates enough future benefit to retain early adopters. FEEDBACK RECORDER It provides a feedback loop to guide future development.
  6. What it's not YOUR BEST DESIGN It rather would be

your first or earliest design at this level loads of add-ons will show up FINAL PRODUCT HEY NO!!!! this is the beginning of your product journey, hence lots of iteration will follow. MUST BE EXPENSIVE Here is where your bootstrapping skills come into play.At this stage, you will most likely source for free or cheap materials
  7. WHY IT'S IMPORTANT ASSUMPTION TESTING WHY IT'S IMPORTANT WHY IT'S

IMPORTANT The major assumptions are Product assumptions and growth assumptions. The earlier you know if your product will add value and how fast it will gain traction, the better. It helps you decide to move to another or continue with the existing. This helps you learn fast and early, what exactly it is that the user needs for the challenges they are going through. This can't be learn through market research and in- house testing. Even if your final product isn't ready yet,you can still go ahead to launch with the MVP as you'd be the first to be identified with that particular product
