Customer’s internal IT teams needed data to develop applications on their own. Solution: EcoStruxure Building Data API Result: Customer's IT teams were able to build applications that helped customized monitoring and control of facilities by facility managers, better workplace management for employees in office buildings. Co-innovation and partnership with Arc Skoru Scoring for EcoStruxure service showcases how SE’s energy and sustainability data was used to deliver disruptive value propositions in the green building industry. Solution: Arc Performance Scoring for EcoStruxure Result: A real estate customer needed to raise the sustainability performance portfolio of 500+ building assets. By connecting Arc Skoru services on top of its EcoStruxure data, the customer automatically received performance scores and benchmarks for Energy, Water, and Waste categories, according to the LEED O+M framework. 1 2
