   Andrea Heuston is a speaker coach, entrepreneur and
   author. She is the founder and CEO of Artitudes, a
   creative agency based in the Seattle area that
   specializes in creating confident speakers through
   coaching, content creation and impactful design that
   connects with audiences in an actionable way. With
   over 25 years of experience in the creative industry,
   Andrea is an expert in coaching, marketing and
   creative design. She has worked with a variety of

7. How do I access the course?
   After you complete your purchase with IDEA, you will receive a welcome email from Aspire by
   Artitudes. The email will contain information on how to log in to their online course platform. This
   email will grant exclusive access to you, the user, and is not transferrable. If you have any difficulties,
   please reach out to aspirehelp@artitudes.com.
   How do I complete this course?
   All course assignments are completed on Artitudes’ online course platform. You must watch 12
   videos, pass six quizzes and submit two video assignments before the course’s end date. The video
   assignments are 2.5-minute recorded presentations due in weeks 1 and 12 of the course. You will
   receive an evaluation from the course facilitator for the final video assignment; however, the
   outcome does not affect your passing of the course.
   FAQs
   Do I need any special equipment to participate in the course?
   You will need a microphone, camera and a recording-capable device—such as a smart phone,
   laptop, tablet or computer—to record and upload the video assignments. You will also need an
   internet connection—broadband wired or wireless (3G or 4G/LTE).
