Talk summary: The ability to adapt to a changing world is what allows some species to survive. In the highly competitive, and changing world of business, it’s becoming increasingly important that people have the ability and capacity to adapt to change. In this talk, Cheryl explores the fundamental beliefs and behaviours behind an adaptable mindset, and how to develop this within teams and organisations.
