  1. What Is Perkville? • http://www.Perkville.com • Perkville is a web

service based around customer rewards • The idea is your members earn points for the things they do at your club and for promoting your club either to others or on social media • Points can be awarded for almost anything that happens in your club(s) – check-in, booked sessions, purchases etc. • You decide what earns points and how many • You can run special offers directly through Perkville • Points earned are redeemed for things you decide • The outcome is greater retention, more engagement and increased sales • You can read more at https://www.perkville.com/learn/
  2. How Much Does Perkville Cost? • Perkville charges their customers

based on how many “transactions” occur each month • A transaction is an event like a club check-in – they count any event where a customer earns or redeems points as a transaction • Perkville is 100% free for your club members • Perkville pricing can be found on their website at http://www.perkville.com/pricing/ • At the time of writing this overview – Perkville offers a free 30 day trial • The cost when your members redeem points at your club is an additional cost
  3. How Does ClubReady Connect With Perkville? • ClubReady can connect

directly with your Perkville account – We believe Perkville is a solid win-win for clubs and their members so we integrated ClubReady with it • You decide what activities you want to reward your members for • You tie these rewards to events that can occur in ClubReady • ClubReady automatically sends events as they occur to Perkville • You can decide what membership types participate • Your members then get an email asking them to join your rewards program – they can decline if they so choose • If they accept and join then they will continue to earn points as ClubReady sends their actions to Perkville automatically as they occur • They also can earn points by referring people to your club, or by making a Tweet or a Facebook post promoting your club to their circle of followers Members do things at your club like check-in ClubReady automatically sends events that are tied to rewards to Perkville Perkville emails the member and asks them to signup to start earning rewards for free – if they have already joined they get the points! Your members do other things like post on Facebook or Tweet to additionally earn rewards points
  4. How Do I Get Started? • You can get your

Perkville rewards program setup and tied to ClubReady in under 30 minutes and it is very easy to setup • Signup for a Perkville account at Perkville.com • In ClubReady go to Setup > General > Integrations • Add Perkville as an integration – then click to go to the Perkville configuration page
  5. How Do I Get Started? • The ClubReady setup page

for Perkville has 3 sections. There is also a ON / OFF switch that turns the integration On or Off 1. Authentication This is where you plug in your Perkville account details so ClubReady can talk to Perkville 2. Rewards Definition This is where you tie rewards defined in Perkville to things that happen in ClubReady 3. Membership Types This is where you choose which of your membership types participate in the Perkville rewards program • Later additional setup options will be available for automating award redemption at ClubReady Point Of Sale 3 1 2
  6. Section 1 – Connecting ClubReady To Perkville • Enter in

the username & password you used to signup for Perkville • ClubReady will connect to Perkville and find your Business ID in Perkville • The 1st time you authenticate – ClubReady will also create your club as a new location in your Perkville login area tied to your Business ID • ClubReady will import any rewards currently defined in Perkville – this always occurs whenever you visit the setup page • If you have multiple clubs – you have the option to create separate Perkville accounts or to use the same account. If you use the same account then each club will be created as a location tied to the same Perkville Business ID. Each location will use the same rewards list.
  7. Section 2 – Connecting Perkville Rewards To ClubReady • Rewards

and their points value can be added via ClubReady or from Perkville. You can also edit and disable Perkville rewards from ClubReady. • Some rewards are standard Perkville rewards and ClubReady will list these but they cannot be changed – these are things like rewards for a Tweet or Facebook post. • Any reward defined in Perkville can be tied to any of the following events that occur in ClubReady • New prospect added • A club check-in • A member referral in ClubReady • A completed booking • Either any booking • Or only for a specific class or service type • A specific new agreement for any sales package • A specific product purchase • A purchase of any product category (1$ = 1 award) • When events occur the relevant Perkville award will automatically be sent to Perkville by ClubReady in real time as it happens. The member will either receive the points or if they have not joined Perkville then they will get an email request to join
  8. Section 2 – Connecting Perkville Rewards To ClubReady ClubReady will

always sync up the rewards list with Perkville when you visit the setup page Use the edit pencil to tie a Perkville reward to something that occurs in ClubReady You can edit reward name and points using the edit pencil – this will automatically update Perkville
  9. Section 2 – Adding New Rewards • You can add

new rewards either from ClubReady or from your Perkville login area – if you add them from your Perkville login area then they will automatically show when you next visit the ClubReady setup page • Note – to tie in rewards to ClubReady events – this can only be done via the ClubReady setup page. • If ClubReady does not know what events tie to a reward then no points will be awarded – a reward name & points alone will not allow ClubReady to send thru points when the event occurs
  10. Section 3 – Membership Types • You have the option

to only give certain membership types access to your Perkville rewards program, or of course you can open it up to all your membership types • This might be useful if you want to initially start with just a subset of your members • For the maximum benefit you should open up Perkville rewards to all your members
