Pinterest Demographics & User Activity

Pinterest is the most popular social network among women says a study by RJMetrics. 80% of the users on the network are female and only one in every five user is a male.

Women are more active on the social network with they doing most of the pinning. 92% of the pins are done by women where as men account to only 8% of the pinning.
