Tailor the mail according to it. ∗ Understand that the professors you are mailing to are very busy people. They generally won’t entertain anything that is irrelevant. ∗ Highlight your strong points - it can be your grades, experience, hard work or passion. ∗ Be very genuine and honest - during the interviews too. ∗ Make L A TEX resumes.
