Medicine was very different in the early 1900s. It was challenging to find human cadavers, so surgeons had to practice on pigs before they graduated to operating on live humans. This is where we are with development: we program on "pigs" and then deploy to "humans". In this talk, Reuben Dunn will show that it's not complex to provide development environments that are more human than pig. Delegates will leave encouraged, equipped and empowered to influence change, allowing your development teams to do what they do best – produce great software.
