Best known for my work with tech professionals and as the lead investigator on the Puppet Labs State of DevOps study, I am a consultant, expert, and researcher in DevOps, IT adoption and impacts, and knowledge management. I am also an Academic Partner at Clemson University. In a previous life, I was a professor, sysadmin, and hardware performance analyst. I hold a PhD in Management Information Systems and a Masters in Accounting.
