[2017.09 Meetup #16] [TALK #1] Luís Silva - Team Coaching for Collaboration, Collective Intelligence and High Performance

Team Coaching helps teams to build awareness of their strengths and challenges, explore their needs independently of the needs of any single member, reach their goals, create a sustainable environment that cultivates excellence and success. The Team Coaching process helps teams align around a common purpose, establish inspiring spirit and vision, define clear roles, improve commitment and accountability, make powerful choices and take action. The ultimate goal is to strengthen the team in the two dimensions that, according to research, are needed for high performance: Productivity and Positivity (the atmosphere in which the team works; this is the infrastructure of the team).

Luis Miguel Silva has a degree in Computer Engineering. He worked as a software engineer, project manager, program manager and release manager in IT companies. He is a Personal, Organization and Relationship Systems Coach. At OutSystems, during the past year, he has been deepening the Agile Coaching practice by conducting regular Team Coaching sessions with the 21 teams that compose the R&D department. He is passionate about helping people, teams, organizations, couples, partnerships, families to unleash their potential and live a fulfilling life.
