Where DevOps runs head on against corporate culture.

I want to share with you my experience with DevOps and how different organizations see DevOps differently. Finally, I will try to cover few challenging traits in Corporate culture that are hindering the adoption of true DevOps.

DevOps, Agile, and many more concepts fall under the umbrella of Digital Transformation and almost every enterprise is going through some type of Digital Transformation. However, according to the “2016 Digital Business Global Executive Study and Research Project” conducted by MIT Sloan Management Review and Deloitte Digital, corporate culture is one of several major barriers to Digital Transformation at large companies. Having worked for several Fortune 500 companies, I want to share with you my experience with DevOps and how different organizations see DevOps differently. Finally, I will try to cover few challenging traits in Corporate culture that are hindering the adoption of true DevOps.
