【読み方と限界】
・中東輸出約102%とホルムズ約82%は10/22記事内のKpler引用値で、対象と分母が違います。10月月初来と9月全月の比較であり、1週間の増加率ではありません。地理・油種・イランの含め方などの完全定義は未取得です。
・米国在庫は10/21公表・10/16週末観測。増減は表示された残高から再計算しているため、原表の独立丸めによる増減欄と0.001百万バレルずれる場合があります。SPR純減、総放出、対日輸出は別です。
・日本の米国産原油比率33.4%は9月通関数量の構成比です。10/27現在の着荷充足率や、米国SPR由来の比率ではありません。
・作戦・被害・外交の公表日と事象日を区別し、攻撃主体の主張を確認済み被害へ置き換えていません。
・4週先は2026/11/24、13週先は2027/1/26。前週から対象日も7日動いており、同一対象日の予測改訂ではありません。
・点数・確率は未校正の主観評価です。棒の長さは概略で、数値ラベルを参照してください。完全なアンカー・遷移表や精密な的中率検証はありません。
・I、正式BRS、現在Stageは未算定。S3にはBRS[51,71)、O≧45、I≧40、反復用船・制度整合・主要対象船社復帰と28日継続が必要で、1/26までの最遅開始日は12/29です。現在の欠測から将来確率をゼロとはしていません。
・英国OFSI INT/2025/7628424は給与・年金・IT・会計等の限定支払いを扱う許可です。失効だけで日本の全決済停止や着荷減を認定していません。
