10. 女性がつらさを感じること（一部） • 感情的だと決めつけられる • Labeled as emotional • 論理思考ができないと決めつけられる • Labeled as who cannot think logically • 能力を低く見られがち • Tends to be seen as under-competent • 電話番、お茶汲みや掃除をやって当たり前と思われる • She seems natural to do phone duty, serving tea and clean-up
11. 女性がつらさを感じること（一部） • 結婚、出産、育児を理由に、仕事を減らされたり、しぶられたりする • She has risks to be reduced her work or be hesitated due to Marriage, childbirth, or childcare • 上昇志向がないと思われる • Seems to not have promotion mind • 性的な嫌がらせを受ける危険がある • Risks to be got sexual harassment • 好意と勘違いされる • Risks to be mistaken for a favor

15. In the IT engineering industry, there is a significant gender gap. So, who are both female and minority, the hardship is even more significant. ITエンジニアの業界では 男女比の差が大きく、 女性でかつ少数派という状況が、 つらさをより大きくしている
16. まず、パワーバランスを均してみてはどうか？ First, why not try to equalize the power balance?
17. 女性エンジニアにどんな 職種・役職を期待しますか？ What kind of jobs and positions do you expect for female engineers?
18. フロントエンジニア？ サーバーサイドエンジニア？ IT管理者？ テスター？ Frontend engineer? Server-side engineer? IT admin? Tester?
19. 一般社員？ マネージャー？ 役員？ 社長？ General employee? Manager? Officer? President?
