recapped as part of the ticket ▸ Not enough detail ▸ No steps to reproduce a bug ▸ Too many tasks in a single ticket ▸ Doesn't have all necessary assets
  3. CLEANING TO DO LIST ▸ Do the dishes ▸ Do

laundry ▸ Wipe down baseboards ▸ Mop the floor ▸ Vacuum the carpets
  4. TAKING A DEEPER DIVE: DOING THE DISHES ▸ Dishes are

from one meal for four people including: ▸ Forks ▸ Knives ▸ Plates ▸ Bowls ▸ Spoons ▸ Glasses ▸ Dishes need to be rinsed of all remaining food and loaded into the dishwasher. ▸ The dishwasher needs soap and to be started to be complete.

sorted into three loads: ▸ Dark Clothes ▸ Whites ▸ Delicates ▸ Wash in the machine with laundry detergent ▸ Dry in the dryer with dryer sheets ▸ Fold or hang all clothes ▸ Put clothes in closet or drawers
  6. UNDERSTANDING POINTS ▸ Points are easier to determine when you

have a clear understanding of the scope of the task. ▸ A three point task for a senior developer is also a three point task for a junior developer which changes is velocity ▸ Points can be more helpful than time because certain tasks can be run in parallel (like running the dishwasher and loading the washing machine)
  7. ▸ Can be used to help define the scope of

a ticket where there are too many unknowns ▸ Sometimes the task can be accomplished within the allotted time ▸ Prevents going down the rabbit hole TIMEBOXES!
  8. KEYSTONES ▸ Set with a common set of tasks that

the team might encounter to be used as examples ▸ Points are determined by the relative value of tasks against each other ▸ Recommended to use the Fibonacci sequence as points (1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, etc) ▸ Determined by group effort
