    PERSONAS act out.” ▸ In this way you predict how certain kind of users (represented by your PERSONAS) will interact with your product. ▸ Is like User Testing with PERSONAS: ▸ Give them a task to achieve. ▸ Look how they behave. ▸ Make assumptions based on the feedback of this experiment.

    of talks with target users that given certain tasks use the product in order to finish it. ▸ They’re supposed to use as many time as they need and act like they were alone using the product. ▸ Plus a brief interview after to get their final thoughts on the overall experience.

    2 team members: ▸ 1 takes notes and doesn’t interact with the user. ▸ the other gives the instructions and checks the progress.
  10. HACKING UX (USER TESTS) STEPS ▸ Define a section of

    your product. ▸ Generate a set of tasks that you want the users to check. ▸ Get the users (you can buy them a drink or give them a gift-card). ▸ Instruct them to be honest, they’re not making mistakes… Everything that they can’t do in the product is your fault. ▸ Take & compare notes. ▸ Generate reports and share them with the team. ▸ Make adjustments & test again.
