important to check the “Outline” tab to the right of the “Slide” tab at left for accurate reading order. The styles of the fonts have been set up to maintain the look of MN.IT Services branding. Please use the template fonts. Do not decrease font sizes*, instead limit the amount of information you place on each slide. Slide text is meant to provide a brief outline upon which you elaborate verbally. When inserting tables, pictures and clip art create “alt text.” Right click on the object and choose “Format Picture” > “Alt Text.” The “Description” box is most important. In the left column of the “Marketing & Communications” web page you will find an extensive collection of pictures suitable for presentations. If you need further help finding the perfect image contact the Communications Department. Many of the images found by searching the Internet are copyrighted and should not be used without the publisher’s permission. Right click on a slide to add a new slide, duplicate a slide or delete a slide, etc. Slides 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 are placed here to make this template easier to use. These slide layouts are not accessible until you have added content. Please add “alt text” to any graphics. This template is set up for you to control the date. Enter the date you wish in the designated area. Otherwise delete the “date” box. *The minimum point size used in the MN.IT Systems template is 14 point and it is for secondary information. The bulleted copy on this slide is 16 point and allows for as much text as is advisable for a single slide. Hints for using this template
