13. Relevance to Crop Management • Mutant allele + CNV for EnCYP51 gives rise to quantitative resistance against dimethylase inhibitors. • By measuring the number of gene copies at the field level, fungicide management programs can get a sense of on-going selection and adjust accordingly.
