3. 1. Sign Up Create an account at www.heymoffas.com* Sign up for a free MOFFAS account by completing and submitting this form or simply signing in using your Google, Twitter or Facebook login. https:/ /www.heymoffas.com 3
4. 2. Install the Extension on Chrome From Chrome Web Store* a. You need to log in to your Google account. c. Click “Add to Chrome” Alternatively, click this icon and we will take you to the installation page. b. Search for “MOFFAS” * MOFFAS is also coming to other platforms, such as Firefox and Safari, soon. 4
5. 3. Pin MOFFAS for Easier Access Chrome hides extensions by default Right after installation, a welcome screen will pop up. Click on the “Extension” icon to pin our MOFFAS extension to the browser, next to the address bar. 5

7. 4. Create a Group Shopping Event Let’s kick off the MOFFAS experience! a. On your desktop browser, go to your favorite shopping site as usual. b. Click on the MOFFAS extension icon for the main menu. c. Quickly create an event for this site (domain). Make sure you are on the main domain (e.g. not myaccount.shoppingsite.com). You need to pick an event type (CARTPOOL/CARTGOAL). d. Now if you click on the extension again - it shows “current event”, which means the event is ON. 7

11. 5. Add (Moff) Items to Cart — CARTPOOL Both personal cart and shared event group cart Let’s Moff this! After finding an item you like, click the “Let’s Moff this” button. Edit/confirm the details of the item on the confirmation view. Click “Confirm” to save it to the MOFFAS cart. CONFIRM 11

13. Add (Moff) Items to Cart — CARTGOAL Cartgoal Events are built around targets (e.g. a wholesale item, a family plan, etc.). The targets are displayed in the Target List. 13 Group Chiefs (admins) can set targets for members to “Moff” (taking a share of the target item). Go to the target item’s page and click “Set As Target.” Con fi rmation Form

15. 6. Check Your Items Now your items are in the MOFFAS cart. Click “Manage my items” button in the “Current Event” section. All your “Moff-ed” items are here. “View/Add” to go to the product page. “Delete” to delete the item from your MOFFAS cart. “Copy the link” to generate a link to the page for sharing. You may copy to other apps or send via MOFFAS messenger. 15
16. 7. Invite Your Friends to Join Event Members in the same event share the group cart Invite your friends! In the popup window, enter your friends’ names to invite them. If they are not on MOFFAS yet, you may either invite them by email or send them a unique invitation link. Every event page also has built-in sharing options. 16 Find the button
17. On the other side, if you are invited to an event, you’ll get notified: Our system will send you an email to notify you. You will get an onsite notification message. The extension “Invites” button will light up. If you happen to be on a site where you have an invite for, the “Join Event” button will show in the main menu. 17
18. 8. Invite Your Friends to Join MOFFAS MOFFAS is more fun this way! You can always invite people to join MOFFAS directly on heymoffas.com or within an event. You may also click the “share-\invite” button on the extension to easily visit the same page. Enter emails or send friends a unique link via other methods. 18
19. 9. What Do PAYMASTERS Do? Products that belong to other group members. —- Explore the Paymaster Submenu (CARTPOOL) —- Make a group bill. Close the event. To avoid future confusion. Manage the event home page on MOFFAS website. 19 💡 Tip: Paymasters may use online rebate/cash back services, such as Rakuten, to earn cash rewards.
20. To manage/check out all items in the group cart. Paymaster can click “Add to Cart” to go to the product page and add the item to the current active shopping cart on the merchant site. Paymaster can only delete other people’s items temporarily. It will not be deleted from the MOFFAS group cart unless such action is done by the product owner. Click on “Group Cart” button to show the group cart section. Here are all the items that belong to your groupmates. “CARTPOOL”: bundling orders into a single group order 20
21. 10. Group Bill to Provide Clarity 🧮 One-click solution, no more confusion and awkwardness This bill details the original prices as well as the discounted prices. Paymasters may also add additional discounts that are not reflected in the item prices. Enter the sum and click “Go MOFFAS” to apply to the group pro rata. Click on “Make a Bill” button to generate a group bill for the current event. Paymasters can choose to print, post to event or send this bill to the group members. Go MOFFAS! 21

23. After the Paymaster posts a group bill - If it is posted to event page timeline, members will see the post and get notified. If it is sent via extension, members can render the bill by themselves locally. 23
24. 11. What’ s in your “Trunk”? All your things from the same site. Since having multiple events on the same site is allowed, you can move items around by attaching them to different (CARTPOOL) events. You may also look for matching events organized by other people to join (and attach the item to afterwards). 24

26. 13. Let’ s talk! Click “Chat” to launch the messenger in a new window wherever you are. MOFFAS messenger supports video conference powered by Jitsi. 26
27. 14. What’ s a Holler? Get to know MOFFAS “Hollers” “HOLLERS” are in-page messages users leave on a webpage. Holler is a great way to discuss items and exchange ideas. Currently, your hollers are only visible to yourself and your friends on MOFFAS. 27

29. 14b. Echo Hollers 🎐 When there are hollers on a page/site you are on, the Echo and Echo ALL buttons will show. Echo: To show hollers that are left on the specific page (same URL). Echo ALL: To show hollers that are left on the specific site (same domain). Select Timeframe: Hollers only live for a week. You may select 3 days or 24 hours to apply an extra filter. Select Echo Style: Currently we offer two styles to display hollers. Try them both and see which one you like more. 29
