16. #CodemotionMadrid In 2016 we had 16 talks driven by female speakers (10%) In 2017 we got 38 talks (24% of the total) and three fireside chats about diversity. 2x INCREASE
17. #CodemotionMadrid Diversity is a lot of work ▪ We received a lot of support from communities like Women Tech Makers, Girls in Tech, Yo soy tu madre, Tech&Ladies, AgileGirls. ▪ Lots of reaching out to female speakers. ▪ New onboarding programs like TechShessions. ▪ We are not yet there, and there is a lot of work to do.
