Fundraising for High School Hackathons

Securing sponsors is one of the hardest parts of running a high school hackathon. This talk will explain the types of hackathon sponsors and the reasons companies sponsor hackathons, along with explaining how to pitch to and contact sponsors for high school hackathons. It will draw from my experience planning hackBCA, starting the HS Hackers Facebook group, and interning at MLH.
