EU  statement   on  the  North  Bothnia  Line  AB's  application  for   co-­‐finansing for  planning  between  Umeå and  Skellefteå. • The  Action  is  very  relevant to  the  call. • It  addresses   well  the  priorities and  funding objectives of the  call. • The  maturity   is  very  good since  it  is,  from  a   technical  point  of  view,  ready  to  go. • The  impact  is  very  good as  it  will  be  used  as   a  decision-­‐making   tool  for  the  construction   phase. • The  quality  is  very  good. • The  activities  are  coherent with  the   objectives   and  are  sufficiently  adequate   to   achieve  them.
