 Deployment • Student Information System generates eligible student list • Email from DocuSign for students to electronically accept their device • Students pick up their device at orientation • Custom Service Now app checks acceptance, scans the serial number, links the device to their account. • Students setup the device and sign in • JAMF links to their student account • The rest of setup is complete and they’re ready to download apps • 360 iPads, 560 keyboards, 540 pencils are delivered to the Drake Union 4x/week • 1200 cases delivered 1x/week. • Kitting 4x/week at the Drake Union (10 kits are made, placed in one bin, 25 bins are produced) • 4 Gaylords full of recycling created per day • Bins delivered to the deployment room daily 4.
