    重構

    這個技術債造成倒站，而且越來越常發生，我們光處理這件事就處理得很累
    ，而且也延遲了新功能上線的時間。
    這個技術債從2019年1月改版的時候產生，2019年下半年共造成了10次的異
    常，2020年上半年造成了20次，增加了100%。每次異常都會造成網站故障
    ，從5分鐘到30分鐘不等。2020年上半年總共造成了170分鐘的故障，累計
    損失了125萬元的廣告營收。
    剛好這次新功能要調整這裡，我們需要 2 個 sprint 的時間作重構調整架構，
    配合新功能開發的進度同步調整。
