Self-Service Solutions for Tomorrow's New Students

Students have a really hard time finding their path on today's .EDU websites. And they’re often times not choosing to use the resources (advisors and counselors) that are available to them. They simply want to accomplish their website goals independently and don’t want to deal with having to talk to an advisor or a counselor until it's absolutely necessary.
