  3. Comfort Zone PANIC ZONE Learning Zon e Outside of your

    Learning Zone is your PANIC ZONE. No learning happens in your Panic Zone. Only panic happens.
  4. Learning Zon e Comfort Zone But if you stay too

    long in the Learning Zone without returning to your Comfort Zone, you will end up in the Panic Zone. Oh noze!
  5. Learning Zon e Comfort Zone Ideally you want to move

    back and forth between your Comfort Zone and your Learning Zone. Yay! Learning so much!
  6. Learning Zon e Comfort Zone If you find yourself in

    your Panic Zone, get back into your Comfort Zone as soon as you can.
  7. PANIC ZONE Get to know your body’s signals that you

    are in your Panic Zone. Heart racing. Holding breath. Feeling blank or confused. Sweating. Inner arguments. Procrastination. Criticism of self or others. Flood of feelings. Thoughts that this is pointless or stupid. Thoughts that I don’t really want to do this anyway. Anxiety. Urge to run.
  8. Be prepared by knowing what comforting strategies work for you.

    Take a moment. Feel your feet. Eat good food. Deep breath. Smile. Take a nap. Go to nature. Dance. Play music. Laugh. Journal. Connect with a friend. Go for a walk. Take a bath. Pray. Think of someone you love. Read a wisdom book. Feel your center. Write. Create art. Comfort Zone
