2. Male 68 years. Right nasal block. CT: Expansile soft tissue mass posterior aspect of right maxillary sinus. Destruction of postero- medial wall of sinus with soft tissue bulging into the nasal cavity. CASE 1
11. 38 year old male. Fluctuant mass inferior pole of parotid. CASE 2
16. Swelling in front of neck in a 20 year old woman. CASE 3

35. Female 53 years. Erythematous well defined plaque 2x2 cm with central crusting on left parietal region of scalp. The lesion is itchy. CASE 6

55. 13 year old girl. Adeno-tonsillectomy. CASE 9
62. 45 year old woman. h/o watering of the Left eye and protrusion of left eyeball 4 years. HRCT Orbit: Enhncing soft tissue density lesion in the infromedial aspect of Left orbit with involvement of Left inferior rectus muscle, extension into nasal cavity, ethmoid air cell and maxillary sinus.
