CDS  Providers   •  Intermountain   –  Built  their  1st  CDS  Service  to  return  an  app  link  card;  integrated  with   Cerner   •  Philips   –  Built  their  1st  CDS  Service  that  uses  the  “pa/ent-­‐view”  hook  and  asks   for  latest  pa/ent  demographics  and  latest  hemoglobin  Observa/on   value   •  Premier   –  CDS  service  that  provides  an/-­‐infec/ve  recommenda/ons  based  on   the  pa/ent’s  culture  results  and  the  facility  an/biogram  to  determine   the  suscep/bili/es.  Pa/ent-­‐View  and  Med-­‐Prescribe  hooks  were   implemented   •  Prime  Dimensions   –  CDS  Service  that  evaluates  a  pa/ent  for  Zika  risk  and  walks  the   provider  through  a  series  of  ques/ons  to  determine  next  steps.   Remembers  answers  to  the  ques/ons  on  subsequent  pa/ent-­‐view   hooks

CDS  Service  Providers   •  RxREVU   –  RxCheck  offers  prescrip/on  decision  support  that  supplements   exis/ng  eRx  solu/ons  with  cost  and  adherence  data,  while  intui/vely   informing  providers  of  health  system  clinical  protocols.   •  Stanson  Health   –  Integrated  their  1st  CDS  Service  with  the  Cerner  &  Epic  EHRs   •  University  of  California   –  Clinical  trials  CDS  Service.  The  service  matches  the  Pa/ent,  Condi/on   and  Observa/on  resources  to  clinical  trials'  eligibility  criteria  and   directs  the  provider  to  clinicaltrials.gov   •  VisualDx   –  Enhanced  exis/ng  CDS  Service  with  the  ability  to  track  new  findings   that  were  used  to  build  a  DDx  and  new  Diagnoses  viewed,  and  return   sugges/ons  to  add  these  to  the  Condi/on  list.  Cards  for  pa/ent   handouts  available  in  VisualDx  for  exis/ng  and  newly  viewed   Diagnoses
