miBUG 2018 - B2/LTI Integration Approval and Deployment Process

Central Michigan University has instituted a formal process for users to request third-party integrations with Blackboard Learn. This process addresses many inconsistencies and shortcomings in the way integrations were brought into CMU's Blackboard Learn environment, and through collaboration with multiple stakeholders and the Governance Committee has resulted in improved outcomes for all involved.
