  12. BEWARE getTING locked in,

  13. There is no silver bullet,

  14. Fix your technical debt.

  15. Share your experiences,

  16. AND Give honest feedback.

  17. SHOWCASE YOUR SKILLS,

  18. BUT Be magnanimous.

  19. Don’t ignore diversity,

  20. Set yourself a goal,

  21. AND Do something you love.
