    how we got here! You’ll need to modify tasks based on your project, but the basis for every timeline has been identified. HOW TO DETERMINE TASKS
  4. 1. Meet with your Subject Matter Expert for Discovery 2.

    During Discovery, determine the overall project deadline 3. Go to Smartsheet and start from scratch, use a template, or open an existing sheet. 4. Type in your project information (Discovery date, proposed end date, resources, etc.) 5. Determine if the project deadline is feasible 6. Export timeline to a PDF and share with IDT and Subject Mater Experts 7. Ask for approval by Subject Matter Experts before beginning the outline HOW TO GET STARTED
