  1. Knowledge. Opportunity. Equality. Self-realization, financial independence, and work flexibility for

individuals with visible and invisible disabilities Canada, 2023
  2. There are Three Parts of the PROBLEM: 1. Unequal access

to flexible work opportunities, including freelancing, remote, work-from-home flexible jobs, and business start due to the lack of knowledge and skills. 2. The percentage of Canada’s people with disabilities is higher than the global average, with growing aging population and rising number of newcomers it all adds pressure on the social services. 3. Currently addressed needs of people with disabilities are limited by accessibility issues and mental disabilities. Many debilitating conditions (invisible disabilities) are not recognized at all or presumed to be ‘temporary’ or ‘responding to medication’, which doesn't mean preserved productivity. Many issues are not addressed. >>> read next >>>
  3. STATISTICS C A N A D A ’ s In

addition to the higher than global average percentage of the population with disabilities, the rising number of seniors and newcomers is adding a toll on social systems. Inclusivity in the workplace is still lacking, with ‘visible disabilities’ being more inclusive. 22% The population in Canada experiencing some form of disability (not all invisible disabilities accounted for) 45% The percentage of people with disabilities with the potential to work in an inclusive workforce Sources: Government of Canada; Scotiabank Study.

working age Of those can work Even employing 400,000 people in flexible workforce, freelance remote and with flexible jobs/self-employment, home- based enterprises, the approach is estimated to produce an additional $3 billion in taxes to add to the Canadian economy and to have a major impact on social services. We estimate that we can reach even more people with our solutions. Given the growing number of people with invisible disabilities who struggle daily, our solutions are urgently needed and highly advantageous to Canadian society and the economy. We bring hope where no one else can or even try. Sources: Government of Canada; Scotiabank Study.
  5. THE SOLUTION – Knowledge. Opportunity. Equality. Bridging the gap between

those with invisible disabilities and flexible employment, career possibilities, business start options, and entrepreneurial skillsets. A few significant advantages summarize the revolutionary potential of the WKG Strategy Foundation: • Customized training and mentoring paradigms for individuals with visible and invisible disabilities. • Engagement with progressive businesses receptive to collaborative and adaptable approaches. • Raising public awareness of the daily obstacles experienced by persons with "invisible" disabilities, particularly in classical workplace, entrepreneurial endeavors, and personal development. • Reducing pressure on social services. • An encouraging positive impact on unemployment rates. • The rise of new entrepreneurial organizations promotes an economic boost.

  7. Why & How Behind the Idea W h y &

H o w t h e I d e a C a m e t o m e Lucy has worked flexible hours and remotely for years and cared for her ailing spouse. Less than a year ago, she was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition. Despite her experience and adaptability, she soon understood how her mobility limitations, acute pain, and other symptoms hindered her productivity. She then thought of individuals who lack the work flexibility she has. This is how the idea for WKG Strategy Foundation was conceived. Lucy Kovalova, the ideologue behind the WKG Strategy Foundation, started her company almost a decade ago as a freelancer. Since then, the business has worked with clients on every continent and has become an ISED- authorized Digital Advisor.
  8. Lucy has decades of expertise as a strategist, nearly a

decade of experience as a freelancer and external consultant, and direct experience as both a caregiver and a person with an invisible disability, making her the ideal candidate for the project CEO. . Lucy Kovalova CEO. Founder. Ideologist His decades of experience as a Diversity & Inclusion and corporate training professional, as well as direct experience as a caregiver and someone with an invisible disability, makes Jim an authority on inequality & inclusivity. Jim Woods Head of B2B Training & Development Programs The remainder of the team, including the charity's board of directors, will be constituted after the initial fundraising and awareness campaign. This will ensure diversity and the proper operation of the charity. The emphasis of recruitment will be on recruiting individuals with impairments. The Team The ‘A’ Team WKGstrategy.com/foundation
  9. We anticipate the effective launch of the WKG Strategy Foundation

without promoting the commercial side (which will co-fund the free delivery portion) until the end of 2024. In this way, we can ensure the expansion of the project's philanthropic arm and raise awareness of the cause without giving the impression that the latter is being commercialized. This decision about public relations will also allow us to progress in forming partnerships. To start awareness campaigns, programs development, FlexHubs, etc. Social Enterprise For advanced fundraising campaigns & events. Charity For B2B training development and delivery, with 90% of profits reinvested. Commercial Arm The Structure of The Project
  10. Stream 1 Stream 2 Stream 3 Stream 4 Grants Partnerships

& Sponsorships Commercial part re-investment Fundraising Events & Campaigns We anticipate initial setup and awareness campaign costs, including initial program development, to be covered by the grant funding. Volunteers, partnerships, and sponsorships are a big part of the project – for broader reach, faster and more diverse development and delivery. We will launch the commercial B2B portion later to ensure a proper project launch and perception of the awareness campaign. We will reinvest 90% of this revenue. After the charity component is begun, we will have ongoing fundraising campaigns and minimally one fundraising event per year, which will also work as a promotion, featuring success stories and employees.
