Gives you the ability to zero in on what’s in front of you, and not jump all around with things. Attention to detail Karate needs to be done in a particular sequence. You can’t cut corners, or else you’ll risk injury. Dedication Whether you are belt testing, or prepping for a tournament, you become goal-oriented, and you need dedication to reach those goals.

    following the rules, you show respect and appreciation for your senseis. Be Receptive Nobody is there to bring you down. Everyone is there to help each other, so if the feedback you get isn’t what you were looking for, it’s not meant to be cruel. For Everyone Everyone, from white belts to senior black belts, needs to follow etiquette. Right Mindset Make sure that you recognize you are there to learn, and just not to socialize. Your mentors and leaders are not there to do the work for you. Etiquette
