Using the example of exchange rates under Brexit, we look at what 'per' or 'at the rate' means.

  5.  The loss is 100 – 87 = 13 INR

    per Pound  What does per mean?  It means the rate of loss  It means for every Pound, he loses 13 INR.  Per = for every Solution
  6.  Answer:  Total number of Pounds = 100 

    Rate of Loss = 13 INR per Pound  So, Total Loss = 13 * 100 = 1300 INR Solution
