Spiritual Check Up “More Men, More Like Christ” Point Loma Community Presbyterian Church Join us for our Annual Men’s Retreat as “the Doc” Tom Cornwell leads us through a “spiritual check up” and we participate in a “Christian orienteering” around the ranch. There will be time for prayerful reflection, outdoor fun and Christian fellowship among the 25-acre oak covered Rancho Viva as we celebrate God’s creation and learn from His word. Our speaker: Dr. Thomas Cornwell Tom Cornwell, M.D. is a devout Christian geriatrician in Chicago who has made 30,000 house calls – more than any person alive! He has developed a second Mission in “Prayer with Patients” and has become a sought after speaker giving talks over 100 times in recent years around the country. Honors include: -2002 American Medical Association one of four “heroes in healthcare” in America -Rotary “The Four-Way Test Person of the year” 2008 -Illinois Academy of Family Physicians Distinguished Service Award 2006 -Gold L.E.A.F. Travel: We will meet at the Church parking lot at 7:30 AM SHARP on Saturday, April 27th and carpool to the ranch.
