  24. DIGITAL WELLBEING • Will revoke access • Users can’t just

    dismiss the time limit and disable the Digital Wellbeing timer (to get app back)
  25. Wind Down • Helps you avoid distraction at night •

    Two features : ◦ Grayscale ◦ Do Not Disturb • Enable and disable Wind Down • Eliminate all colors on the screen • Make the device less appealing • Silence/ Mute all notifications
  26. Night Mode on Android • This isn’t a new feature

    • Addition to Wind Down • By enabling it ◦ Phone display cut out blue light ◦ Doze off at night • Avoid eye strain • Healthy night’s sleep • Android Oreo (or newer)
  27. • The steps are simple: ◦ Open the Settings app.

    ◦ Select “Display.” ◦ Select “Night Light.” ◦ You should now be able to activate Night Light mode, set times, and more. Night Mode on Android
