Measuring Design Success

Measuring Design Success

As designers create various flows and visualisations to support the goals of the business and users, there is a need to measure the specific actions and interactions with a view to improve them and make them more effective.
These are the slides from a workshop I conducted for HelloMeets on 20-MAY-2017 to walk attendees through the process of defining goals, success criteria, asking questions and listing the measurements to answer those questions and see if they are succeeding.
