Costs and Considerations of a Productive, Mobilized Workforce

According to the iPass 2010 Mobile Workforce Report, employees with mobile devices work an extra 240 hours per year, or an extra SIX weeks. Mobile devices make it possible for workers to be connected anywhere and anytime, increasing the expectation for worker productivity. However, the benefits of this increased productivity could be offset by increased IT costs, security breaches and other mobile pitfalls such as poor app performance, service provider data limits and infrastructure capacity. Listen to this 30-minute interview with Dave Berg, Sr. Director of Product Management at Shunra, as he shares the lessons he’s learned about the costs and considerations that must be taken into account when mobilizing your workforce. This webinar is for anyone interested in learning about considerations for organizations mobilizing enterprise apps or devices to employees.
